Details

  • Experience preferred.
  • Full time position.
  • Benefits such as health insurance, 401k, vacation, etc are available.
Must Haves
  • Have & maintain a valid driver's license at all times.
  • Pass a MVR (moving vehicle report) check.
  • Pass drug test.
  • Work well on a team to complete tasks & achieve targets together.

Tasks include, but not limited to:

  • Greet customers in a timely & courteous manner
  • Coordinate repairs with shop foreman & assistant service manager.
  • Document & present needed & recommended repairs to customers.
  • Maintain & follow up with documentation for repair orders, warranty administration, extended warranty companies, & sales management.
  • Monitor & stay advised on the status of cars in a shop.
  • Follow up with all customers in a timely & efficient manner.
  • Communicate promise times based on current workflow & business needs.
